Since every wedding is different, we’ll determine the best fit after chatting about your needs.

  • How far in advance should I book you?

    The sooner, the better! Most couples book coordination 9–12 months in advance, but if your date is coming up fast, don’t panic — reach out anyway. If I’m available, I’ll make it work.

  • Do you travel for weddings?

    Passport in hand, suitcase packed — absolutely! Whether it’s a mountain getaway, beachfront vows, or a chic city celebration, I love coordinating destination weddings.

  • Will you be there on the wedding day, or do you send someone else?

    You’ll always have me by your side, plus my trusted team. I’m hands-on from start to finish — I won’t disappear or hand you off. Your wedding bestie shows up, always.

    Yes! I’ve built an amazing network of photographers, florists, DJs, caterers, bartenders, and more. I’ll connect you with my personal curated vendor list so you know you’re in the best hands.

    Of course! I love meeting new wedding pros. I’ll step in and work with your team to make sure everything feels seamless and stress-free.

  • What does a typical wedding day timeline look like with you in charge?

    It looks like you enjoying every second without worrying about a thing. I’ll build a detailed timeline — from hair & makeup to your grand exit — and coordinate with vendors so you don’t have to watch the clock.
